Dennis Noskin Architects (DNA) is a full-service design firm offering architectural, interior design and space planning services to a variety of commercial and industrial clients throughout the United States.
With a full staff of experienced and creative architects, project managers, interior designers and space planners, DNA excels at providing clients with spaces that are both functional and comfortable.
Under the direction of Dennis Noskin AIA, LEED AP, DNA has developed an effective approach to programming, planning and design excellence. Projects are executed for enduring satisfaction evolving from well-conceived design concepts and meticulous attention to detail. Dennis S. Noskin, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
President
Dennis Noskin has over 35 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Since forming DNA in 1985, Dennis has been responsible for the planning, architecture, interior design and project management of over two million square feet of space. Mr. Noskin maintains hands-on involvement with every project, providing expertise, vision, leadership and integrity to every venture the firm undertakes. read more...
Dennis is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned three degrees; Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Architecture. Additionally, he has received certificates in Sustainable Design and Financial Management from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is a Registered Architect in 17 states.
Beatrice Captan
Project Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the architectural field, Beatrice brings creativity, attention to detail, dedication, and a client-oriented ethic to every project. She has successfully completed numerous projects in the educational, corporate, retail, multi-family/residential and public sectors. At DNA for over 14 years, she leads the design and management of various projects, sizable interior & exterior work, focusing on the environment design and interior space functionality as well as new building exterior designs and renovations. The Westchester Medical Pavilion – won the 2012 BOMA Award for “Come back building of the year” under her leadership. She has Bachelor of Architecture from “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture, Bucharest, Romania, is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Amanda O'Leary, NCIDQ
Senior Designer/Project Manager
Amanda O’Leary has been designing projects for DNA for over 14 years. She is responsible for programming and functional analysis. Additionally she has knowledge of and extensive experience in space planning principals. She has been a DNA project manager for a range of medical, retail, property managers and corporate clients, Amanda is client focused and works hard to seamlessly take projects from concept to completion while delivering functional, well-designed spaces and working environments. read more...
Esther Dederichs Gale, LEED AP, NCIDQ
Senior Interior Designer
Esther has been designing interiors for over 15 years. During this time she had developed significant talent in the design of commercial and corporate interiors. She is responsible for ensuring that the design work of the firm meets and exceeds client expectations with particular attention to delivering aesthetically pleasing, state-of-the-art environments that are both comfortable and functional. Ms. Gale holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Marymount College and an Associate’s Degree in Civil Technology from Westchester Community.
Martin Wm. Diano, RA, LEED AP
Architect/Project Manager
Martin has over 40 years’ experience in the field of architecture. Having run his own practice for many years he is knowledgeable in the management of every stage of a project. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture from City University of New York (CUNY). He is a registered architect in both New York and Connecticut. His experience includes development of drawings from conceptual design through construction documents in the public sector, institutional, medical, commercial as well as housing. Martin has extensive knowledge in the coordination of in-house team, consultants and project representative to ensure adherence to the design intent and constructability.
John L. Rousso
Architectural Designer
John Rousso joined DNA 4 years ago. In this time John has developed extensive knowledge in field verification and space planning and design in retail, medical and corporate environments. He works closely with DNA project managers to produce concise and complete construction documents. John excels at bringing schematic drawings to life through his use of SketchUp and MakerBot. Mr. Rousso is DNA’s resident computer modeling expert providing clients with both physical (3D printed) as well as virtual models. Prior to joining DNA John received his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Architecture from the University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut.
